  • Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colours and fabrication at 30c
  • Do Not tumble dry
  • Medium iron inside out
  • Do not iron decorate
  • Do not dry clean

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note that due to the current climate with COVID we are experiencing a couple of delays in shipping. Due to the social distancing laws, we are not able to have as many staff in our production houses as usual, and are doing our upmost first and foremost to ensure their safety! We really do apologise if your order is affected in any way, but we promise we are working on it and you will LOVE it when it arrives.

UK

All items are handmade in the UK & Banglagesh in fair trade environment and although we aim to get your order out as soon as possible, please note some orders can take up to 7 working days or a little more during COVID RESTRICTIONS  (excluding bank holidays) with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification when your order is on it’s way!

Worldwide delivery will be launching in October – Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to be notified.

For Wholesale orders we quote dispatch within 14 days.

What if I am not in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

REFUND & RETURNS
Our returns address is LK Eco Style, 47 Woodlands Road, Binley, Coventry, Warwickshire CV3 2JL (please include a note with your order number so we can quickly locate you and instructions for return/ exchange).

We offer 14 days to return your items by from date of receiving, as long as the items are still in their original condition and tags still attached

PLEASE ALSO ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED from the date that we receive the items back – please note we do aim to be quicker than 10 days.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will contact you by email  with a estimated date and give you the option to cancel if it is more than 7 working days.


CONFORMITY
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.

THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.


TRANSFER OF RIGHT AND OBLIGATIONS
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assignees. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event outside our control continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the event.

SEVERABILITY
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any Contract.

We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us relies on any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions or the documents referred to in them.

Each of us agrees that our only liability in respect of those representations and warranties that are set out in this agreement (whether made innocently or negligently) will be for breach of contract.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the order confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not party to these terms and conditions or a Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

COMPETITION T&C’s
The winner will be selected randomly from all entries on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter combined.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
The prize must be chosen from current available stock up to the prize value.
There is no cash substitution available for this prize.
This competition is not open to LK employees.
The competition ends midnight UK time on date specified on competition.
The prize winner must claim their prize within one month of being notified.
